Aruisha and Kate were very helpful in finding the specific charms I needed for a special birthday gift. The charms I was looking for were difficult to find due to being recently discontinued or in high demand. They searched the entire inventory of the store (including the back room stock section) and were able to find exactly what I was looking for. Additionally, they were very friendly and easy to talk to, and showed genuine interest in why I was looking for those charms specifically. I’m sure they treat all other customers this way and this location is lucky to have them working there!
