Jan assisted Me and my girlfriend and we were just looking to get a bracelet and a charm and ended up getting 6 charms ! I even told the lady I wanted a Moana kind of bracelet because I’m so into that Disney movie and she was kindly enough to look for everything we were looking for .. if we told her a chicken she would know where exactly it was she would even say they had a pig to go along with it and I got it as well.

When entering the store I was greeted right away. The sales associate Derrika had great customer service skills, she ensured that I was satisfied with my purchase. She offered to do a cleaning on the bracelet that I had purchased before.

I called earlier in the day to save 2 items for me to pick up that night. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted even though the store was busy. The items I asked to be held for me where given to me when it was my turn to be serve and the sales associate proceeded to help me make more selections. She also made sure the bracelet I'm buying is the correct size for my wrist.
