The staff were all helpful I was looking for a charm when ask the staff did they have it st this location Kenosha outlets they all went and look for it. That really made my day not only I was very please and felt welcomed soon as I walked in!!!!

Our sales associate Derrika was absolutely kind, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and sweet! She made our purchase so much fun! There was ease with no rushing. She made suggestions about upcoming new charms on the horizon we would like based on the charms we purchased that day! Thanks Derrika for a such a pleasant experience!

Linda K (147759) was extremely helpful and caring. She rearranged my bracelet to the perfect combination and answered all of my questions. She was also very patient and allowed me to take my time in deciding what charms I wanted to purchase.

I was really satisfied that right when we walked in someone had asked if we needed any help. They store was great and we got what we needed and my girlfriends bracelet come out great after they cleaned it
