Linda, the sales rep was extremely willing and helpful in making suggestions and showing of all the accessories I was needing.

After arriving in the store I began to talk wth the sale person I share that my bracelet had broke and my new charms that where just purchased at your store in Orland Park fell in the parking lot. I shared how I was frantically looking for my charms and wanted to cry because one I was not able to locate, the sale rep. Showed me what I could purchase to ensure that did not happen again.

Needed to exchange a duplicate birthday gift. Kathy made my experience a pleasure. I was concerned about the exchange and all my fears were for nothing. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes-which was my real concern, as my hubbie was waiting for me. This is where I started my Pandora collection and I know I will be back.

Derrika was very friendly and knowledgeable about the items I was looking for. She showed me various options to consider and educated me on the Essence Collection. She was very patient and eager to help me make my selections.

Derrika S. was so nice and pleasant to work with. She had many suggestions and spent time with me so I could make the perfect choices for the two gifts I needed to buy. Derrika is the best!!!
