Alex and Anna were great! They were very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I live very far away from this store( Chicago, to be exact), but I plan to return here for future purchases. They made me feel very comfortable and made recommendations based on the items and price range that I prefer. Excellent!

They had exactly what I was looking for and the services was friendly. Andrea offered to show us many items, although we came in looking for a specific item. She was friendly and helpful, without rushing us or being too pushy.

I went in because my moms bracelet wasn't snapping together. I was helped by the store manager and was able to fix the issue by giving me a replacement and even cleaned the charms. The whole process was a quick in and out. I'm very satisfied by the service!
