Great Customer Service And Friendly Communication.

Bracelet bought few months back, to tight. Associate said it will stretch. Never did. At first they wouldn’t exchange it, I said it’s a waste of my money. Can’t add charms or wear it. They looked it over & measured. Then exchanged it. Very appreciative of the associates to reconsider. I feel first person that sold it to me didn’t listen when I said it was too tight.
