I love Pandora! I'm still looking for 'older' charms that are all silver with no 'bling'. Please bring them back, or design new ALL SILVER charms! This outlet store is the best!

the sales person was very helpful in trying to help me find what i was looking for went through alot of charms with me looking for what i wanted there was plenty of charms to look at. she did her best to give me many options once i picked the ones i wanted she took care of everything quickly

The store was very crowded and it was difficult to find a spot to stand and wait. I was with my husband and we were 14th in line. When a few customers cut in front of us without being on the wait list, my husband and I both wanted to walk out because we were so upset. We ended up sticking it out since we were 4th in the queue at that point. Once we were finally called, the stylist that helped us, Leksi, was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very friendly and professional, and has a beautiful personality. Because we built a great business and personal bond with her, we ended up purchasing/spending more than our initial set budget. Leksi absolutely saved the day for us, and we look forward to working with her again in the future.
