My sister and I came from Naperville & Chicago and stopped in the store to browse but decided to buy ourselves Mother’s Day gifts. We were greeted upon entrance to the store, even as all Sales Associates were busy assisting other customers. In between customers we were signed in to reserve service. The Sales Associate patiently assisted us at the same time with inventory selections, purchase of multiple items, the cleaning of our bracelets and recommended maintenance of our bracelets & charms. Our experience was par-excellent! Thank you A. Dulce!!!

Angie at Pleasant Prairie was SO sweet! She helped me and my friends so well, she even arranged our charms and offered to clean our bracelets. She is soooo knowledgeable on all of the products! Highly recommend!
