The sales manager was really rude talking loud to me in front of the other guess not professional at all I spent $400.00 dollars to be insulted about 10.00 survey credit she thought I wanted to use 5 I only had two and just one work. This is my second time experience rude and prejudice behavior at this store

When I arrived to the store, I had my name added to the list to be helped. I was told it'll be a 30mins wait. I stepped out and returned shortly. The employee recognized me and greeted me by name when I returned. I asked how many customers are still ahead of me & was told 3. I waited near the front of the store. After more time has passed, & hearing 5 customers names called, I approached the employee to ask if they called my name. They claimed they did but I stayed in the same spot near front for over 30mins and didn't hear anything. I told them I was standing near the whole time. They said they can add my name back on the list. I told them I've been waiting for almost an hour since I arrived. They said they can add my name back on the list but there's 4 people ahead of me. This went back & forth and I was finally helped but the employee helping me kept checking her watch while I was trying to get my purchase together. Overall, the customer service I received that day was very very poor. I'm a long time customer of Pandora products and I'm very disappointed about this experience.

The sales associate Rhonda was pushy. She refused to listen to my wants and picked out what she felt was the best deal for me. I felt extremely rushed and hate being bullied into what the sales associate likes as opposed to being allowed to browse and select at my own pace. For the price of the items superior customer service is expected. I even went home with too small of a bracelet. She told me “it will stretch” I asked to try charms on it to make certain it was a good size and she said “No I know it’s good”.

I live 45 minutes away and called ahead to have an item put on hold for me. I was told this Pandora had the “Vintage S” charm I have been searching for everywhere. I asked for my item I had on hold and it was incorrect. I was informed this Pandora had no Vintage S charms, and that it would be $20 exta to have it shipped to me from the closest store (which was in Michigan). The man helping me apologized but the girl who helped me over the phone would not even look me in the eyes. I was not offered any other options nor was I shown any genuine sincerity. I have spent over $600 on Pandora merchandise as they could obviously see by my extensive bracelet and Pandora rings. The associates were rude and inconsice. When talking about letters one should ensure they are absolutely sure they have it right before telling a customer that they can hold it for them.

The sales representative Linda K was very rude and often sighed at us. She acted like me and my Frnd were beneath her. She did not provide us with the information we asked for and she acted pretty annoyed when we reached for assistance. I would not return to the store for one and only reason and that is Linda K.

I was looking for a birthday gift for my mom who has A LOT of Pandora items already. The associate seemed annoyed that I kept asking to view different items, she'd sigh grabbing the boxes and commented to bring a picture next time when her suggestions did not work. She had a hard time answering my questions and did not seem to know where the items were. She was not "friendly" instead just looked annoyed. She made me feel rushed and uncomfortable, I wanted to purchase more but could not tolerate being in the store any longer and I did not purchase anything else. When she rang me up she had problems with the card reader and had to re-do it, she was upset about that. Then when I reminded her for a gift receipt, she THEN told me (after I already paid) this item was "final sale". She knew I was purchasing a gift and that I was unsure of the sizing however, still failed to mention this beforehand. When I complained I would not have made the purchase had I known there was no way to exchange/return if needed.. She spoke with another unfriendly associate and advised me they'd allow an exchange, only at their store and within 30 days. Needless to say, I do not wish to return to this location

The male clerk who was available would not wait on us. Did manage to wait on two other groups of people while we were there but made us wait for another clerk while he hung out with another female who was waiting on a woman with a young child. When I became visibly impatient, he found a female employee who was very young a pushy and constantly made unwelcome suggestions.

I understand this was an outlet however I should not have gotten an outlet experience. From the beginning the sales associates attitude was like I was bothering her with my questions. The amount of merchandise was literally a joke, I literally could not find anything I asked for in continued and discontinued charms. I felt as if I was moving to slow for the associate, this was not a good experience. My home Pandora store recommended it but I will be telling them to stop. I'm never coming to this location again.

The sales rep Alex was very rude when I went into the store I originally was coming for exchange but once I experienced This rudeness I returned my product.I was a sign telling customers to sign in when coming into the store,no one noticed the sign and the rep just looked over me and was rude about me not signing the sheet when he was fully aware I was in the store at first
