Why one price in the book higher price in the store

There was A free jewelry box offered at the time, we were informed this location was participating. when we arrived we were informed they were not after we had just talked to an associate 30 minutes prior. the associate was friendly, but the need to exchange numbers with my boyfriend cause she needed to see my reaction wasn't necessary or appropriate.I work near this facility and was highly in disbelief the need to exchange numbers. I've never fine that with a customer, seems some retraining needs top occur.

The sales rep helping another lady denied her of discontinued bracelets by saying they do not have any. I overheard her and said I'm holding a bracelet. The customer then came over to me and asked my sales person to show her the one I had. This is unfair, and they only want to show you the high priced items other than what you came to purchase. They will lie about having the merchandise also. Orland Park, IL needs customer service training with the blacks on how they treat other blacks. Chicago Ridge, IL ;location needs training also. This is unacceptable and we as customers drive far for the pieces . Something should be done about this.

Ive been a very loyal Pandora customer, especially in this store. I bought 17 rings and the lady just gave me 2 anti tarnish bags. Everytime I shop here before, they give me anti tarnish bag for each item that I buy. The lady said that they are running out. I don't think that is a customer's problem though. And then, I was asking if she can check the other trays for other sizes but she doesn't want to.

I felt as if I was an annoyance to the sales people. They both were condescending in attitude. They went through the motions. I’m am betting they would say they did exactly as they were trained. But I would not come back to this store. I actually almost gave up on the purchase if it were not for finding something I liked.

1) sales assistance public relations is bad. 2) knowledge to serve the customer is not on par with her other colleagues 3) attacked my personal choice to why I am buying these items for and for whom.

I will never return to the Pleasant Prairie location. If I desire a product I will strictly order online. The associate who opened the door, (later told me her name was Christina), did not respond or even acknowledge me when I greeted her "Hello!" She was extremely rude and dismissive of my questions about my online order. Upon walking in, she began venting to another associate about the horrible close the night before and how the "drawer was short $50" which frustrated her and clearly made her treat me with frustration. She should not work with customers if she has an attitude towards us based on the behind-the-scenes business issues. Once again, I will never shop this location and will refer my family members with Pandora products to avoid this location as well!!

I love this store they always have a great deals, plus the workers are great. Always knows the merchandise vey well. Also, they always give you a lot of choice’s.

THEY DIDN'T REALLY HAVE A BIG VERITY OF RING IN MY SIZE 10 ALSO MY SON WANTED TO PURCHASE A RING AND THEY DON'T CARRY LARGER SIZE THEN 10 AND THE SIZE 10 IS VERY LIMITED
