Felt like my visit to this store was a bait and switch based on the promo email I received. The email was for a buy two get one free and clearly stated simply show this email for the offer. However, Linda the salesperson said that I had to open a Pandora credit card. She had me wait to speak with her manager because she didn’t know what a Pandora Member meant as stated on the bottom of the offer email. I thought since I have purchased a lot of Pandora I might be a member and that is why I receive this offer. The manager said that the Pandora Member option is only available in some states? Linda seemed annoyed the entire time she was helping me and at one point walked away for a few minutes and just had me waiting on her after I got just got done waiting 30-45 minutes outside in 40 degree weather!

She acted like she didn't know she was doing. She guessed at sizes. She also couldn't find anything in the store. And couldn't remember anything we told her. We had to keep repeating ourselves.

The sales associate was rushing me and my family while servicing us. I understand that line was long but we waited patiently for others to complete their purchase. So to be rushed to make our selections was upsetting.

I was sold charms that don’t fit my bracelet which I showed the sales associate. Unhappy with the charms not fitting.

The sales associate Ericka seemed unhappy to be working. She had a very boring tone of voice and rushed us to check out even though we still wanted to look at more things. My friend and I were asking a lot of questions about the products as well, yet she did not know the answers to many of them. When I asked her to see two toned essence bracelet, she told me they do not sell that in this store. I knew this was not true because I was in the store earlier looking for them. Also, I think it's the manager there that told me there was no warranty on a 14k gold pendant my friend bought. This upsets me because I have always known there was a warranty on all Pandora products and makes no sense that a potentially defective piece of jewelry won't even get a warranty.

This the third time I've visited this store this year instead of shopping at my local pandora. Everytime I visited I had Denise B. Help me and she is always very helpful and gives me amazing customer service but this last time I visited I had another sales associate (Jan O) help me out and was very upset at the service she provided. It started out fine but then quickly went downhill. I get that I was a little undecisive but when she is consistently banging her fingernails on the glass and giving off the impression that she is aggrivated and impatient it makes me feel like my business is not appreciated. I ended up with an item that I wasn't completely sold on because I felt pressured into buying it because it seemed like she wanted to sell me a gold item instead of a few other items I had in mind and to top it off I noticed 1. It's finale sale and 2. I noticed a defect on the item once I got home thanks alot.

The sales associate was very rude and not friendly at all. We asked to see a couple things and she said it wasn’t available. We asked to see the other trays and she told us they were all the same, which we know isn’t true. We did end up buying something but not what we came in for. We showed her a ring that the stones fell out of in less than a year and she said there was nothing she could do about it. She just really seemed like she was having a bad day and was very irritated with us the entire time. Not the experience we usually have at other pandora stores. Very disappointed.
