Hello, I recently celebrated my birthday and was given new charms - I rarely wear my bracelet. It is stored in a heart shaped Pandora box. With my new charms I wanted to have my tarnished bracelet cleaned. Although the young lady was pleasant, she did not clean my bracelet, instead she claimed the tarnish was due to chlorine or perfume. In the store I purchased an extender chain. While waiting to pay, a different sales woman came over and asked, "would you like us to clean your bracelet?" I responded with, "she just cleaned it" the saleswoman appeared perplexed and asked confirming questions with the young sales person. I set in my mind I would have to purchase a new bracelet - I'm happy I did not have the money to purchase because after telling my husband my experience and the disappointment with the cleaning of my bracelet, he looked online and found a remedy to clean it. I came home and followed the instructions and my bracelet was 100 times better! As a customer I do not want to be treated as a number or have someone give me a generic answer as to WHY my bracelet tarnished, what I accomplished at home cleaning it, is the MINIMUM I would've expected in store

I felt discriminated by the sales person,just because I look Spanish she thought it was not my turn she wanted to help a American Lady before she even check on the list.

My sales person was rude. She seemed to be in a rush and didn’t want to show me much. It wasn’t even 6:30pm yet so I am not sure why she was in such a rush, and thought I was lying when I told her what price was listed on the charm.

Associated was rushing through the sale did not answer my questions barely looked at me when I asked to see some charms. Told me she could not take it out of the case for me to view. Glass/plastic where charms were displayed was scratch and it was not allowing me to see the detail of the charm. I did purchase 2 charms but will never return because of the disappointment in service ans lack of attn to my questions

There were only 2 sales associates working the day before mothers day. after standing in the long line outside they called you in the store to wait some more because they have no staff. Then the selection was very horrible. Please do better Pandora

I have went in this store and got great deals spent hundreds of dollars this trip was a waste because it seemed all the last chance items were over priced just to get a sale I’m in retail and I know how things go at least this what it looked like to me no good deals at all I guess us consumers have to pay for loss business during the pandemic last year

The cashier was rude & very unhelpful. I felt rushed. I was asking her about products I’ve seen previously & she said you all were sold out & wasn’t.

Salesperson was very unenthusiastic to help us. We explained to her we were looking for a charm bracelet as a gift and made no recommendations whatsoever. We were only shown two trays and had to keep asking what other options they had. Very little effort put in. Was told could not walk around but there was no other way to see other merchandise on display.
