When entering the store, we were not acknowledged or even greeted. I knew what I wanted because I had seen it at a previous store (different location). When I asked to view the item, the first thing from your associates mouth was “that item is $125.00, do you still want to see it?”. Some of your associates were nice...others where rude. Point is, I bought the item because it was a Christmas gift.

The person who "helped" me wasn't very nice. She was almost rude. I wanted to look at the charm she pulled out and asked me what I was doing. I said can't I look at it? Het response was oh I suppose. She was not friendly at all

Only two sales women working and there were so many customers. They were not managing the clients but working only with one at a time - if there are only 2 sales women and 10 customers and they only can work with 2 at a time it’s a little ridiculous waiting 45 mins to just see one tray of charms

The sales associate was nice and friendly, but I was very clear as to what I was looking for- the color, style etc. he kept showing me items “he liked”. And suggested which was completely different than what I wanted. He clearly did not listen to my repeated requests for MY preferences. It was very frustrating. It was also equally frustrating the way some of trays are organized. I had to look at several trays for red colored beads as they were scattered about in loads of different trays. I love Pandora jewelry but between the sales associate who kept showing me things I had no interest in, how busy, small and lack of enough “stations”. To show the jewelry of took an extensive amount of time just to buy 4 beads.

I felt like the Associate was rushing me I asked her if there were more rings on the other side of the store and she rudely said no I went to the other side and saw a lot of rings I asked her that questions because I saw a previous customer looking there and they bought a ring.

Upon purchase of a bracelet, sales associate did not inform me of final sale and no exchanges. Sales associate specifically said I can exchange my gifted item if it doesn’t fit. Upon returning to exchange the same sales associate denied my claim. I was sold an item an item at discounted rate. In order to complete my exchange, I would have to pay a difference of $185 of the same item. Absurd of how this pandora deals with simple exchanges and not allowing others to change the size of the gift.

Sales person failed to give me one of the valentines cards an candy boxes each person was getting with their person.

I was at the store I purchased 2 items and my charms were removed to add to my bracelet and cleaned and noticed my birthstone that was a turtle missing and not add back on I would like to know what happened and if it was left behind I left a message but haven’t heard back from anyone from leaving the store on 08-03-22
