The store was not easy to move around. The pricing for the merchandise was very misleading. I bought a bracelet that was placed on display with items starting at $32. When the bracelet was really $100. There were other displays that this bracelet would have been better paired with. I think it was intentional and it demonstrates a lack of respect for customers. The sales associate did not bother to disclose this until it was time for me to pay. I had the money and could afford it, but found this practice underhanded and unethical.

Selection could be better. Some items on display were not in stock. Size selection was limited.

Each of Pandora receipts clearly says: “Tell us about your unique experience and ENJOY $10 OFF your next purchase of $100 or more!” This location did not even take my receipt and a code for discount. They told me that there is a sale going on for discontinued items and right now no $10 OFF codes are accepted. Please note I did NOT buy any sale or discontined items. I paid full price for charms I bought. Bottom line, Pandora does not listen and all your surveys are BS just to get customer’s opinion and do not honor your discount promise.

It just took longer than expected as the girl that was assisting me was in training, so I totally understand. It's just that I had to be somewhere at a certain time and wanted to buy more items then the 3 charms I purchased but decided against it because of the time it took just to purchase those 3. I wanted one more charm and a chain link, but did not want to spend another 30 minutes in the store.

I was in the store and spent over $125 and was not offered the promotional gift nor did I get it.

I bought the earrings for mothers day for my mom in law. And when i got home I figured out, the back of the earrings are dirty. The place is far from my home and i heard that it is not exchangeable.

Sales person wasn't knowledgeable. Just wanted to push for you to make a decision on your selection and get you out of there.

This store was small, had a limited selection and the sales associate seemed disinterested or distracted while she was waiting on me. The store was not busy so she either had other things on her mind or simply didn't care to deal with me. She didn't offer suggestions , despite that I showed her a picture of my wife's Pandora bracelet with the charms that she already had. The Return Policy here is also very poor (Final Sale; No Returns). Regardless of this being an 'outlet', it is still Pandora and should be returnable , if my wife wanted something else. This wasn't announced to me until I spent time making the selection and was ready to pay. Poor Experience for me... WON'T RETURN TO THIS STORE. Thank you.
