I been to pandora twice at this location and can’t find what I’m looking for. It seems like online pandora offers more.

My purchase was ok. The wait outside to get in the store was a bit too much for me. When I was finally allowed to go in the store it was just ok nothing spectacular. It was almost time to close and there were others waiting outside to come in so I did not want to be selfish so I conducted my transaction and left so others could also get to come on the inside also

I went to the store to look at the 50% off sale merchandise,of which I informed the associate the second I walked in.All the time I was in the store, I was under the impression the items I was being shown were 50 % off. I was a bit in a hurry to complete my sale and leave as I still do not feel comfortable inside with other people because of the virus. However when I got home and looked at the receipt, I realized that one of the two items I bought was not 50% off. It was discouraging and upsetting as I had specifically indicated as I was interested in the sale items only and as I did not want to return to the retail environment and expose myself more to the virus.

The store was closed for two months and the prices were the same or higher on some old items. I wasn’t satisfied at all.

Wait for very long time but get very short service and product gave to me in a small paper bag instead of in a box as it should be

I wanted four 14kt gold charms were able to buy three went home called around to other Pandor Outlets call the one in Branson Missouri they have a 14 karat gold charm that I was looking for and told me that I can get the charm transfer to another outlet store called back store Pleasant pier me and spoke with the sales manager Kathy is seems like there was something that the store cannot do or did not want to do and I don’t understand why you don’t want to satisfy the customer and I want to know if she’s able to retrieve the charm for me will I still be eligible for the 30% off since they did not have the four charms in the store as the system stated that it was more than three there’s always some problem at this location I would just like to purchase an additional charge with the 30% off if anyone can please help me with that thank you

The sales associates weren’t very friendly and did not greet or acknowledge us. There were many people in there so the waiting time was too long. Looking at the merchandise seemed rushed and I had children with me that the sales associate did not engage with- she seemed annoyed by them even though the beads were for their bracelet.
