Your store has a very low inventory of gold charms for the gold Pandora Bracelet that I recently purchased for my wife. Plus your catalog doesn't have any either. Now I am wondering why I purchased the gold bracelet in the first place, since it appears that you are not producing any charms that fir the bracelet??!!

I walked in and got greeted. I was walking around and Guadalupe was asked to help my mom and I. I asked to see earrings and she did. I asked to see more earring and she said that case was the only thing they carried. I then decided not to purchase anything and continue to walked around the store because I was sure that the earring I was looking for were not in that case she showed me and asked another employee for those exact earrings on display and she very kindly showed me another case with more earrings. Guadalupe was very rude and in a rush to go home. She didn’t care to show us the second case she claimed they didn’t have.

Had to wait outside until another shopper left. There was still not a sales person available to help when I did get in. Charm I came for was so ridiculously small (didn't look like the picture online at all) and was $65. Ended up having to choose something else.

When I walked in the sales associate greeted me as they always do. But as I began to ask about different products or items I could tell the associate was getting fatigued with me. She did not allow me to see all merchandise that I asked for. I am a very proud customer and if you check my email you will see that I’ve spent hundreds of my hard earned dollars at various locations. I did express to her that I have a very good collection of items from Pandora, which should have been her clue to me being a loyal customer. Someone who have never walked into a Pandora store empty handed. EVERYTIME I walk in I always walk out with an item and receipt. I do not like to be rushed nor cut short on my shopping experience. Shopping is very therapeutic for me. Yesterday, I was not satisfied with the service. But I remained calm and kept a smile on my face. Thank you. I wish you guys would have a larger selection of Gold items. Some of the items I like are in silver and I do not wear silver. Thank you.

45 minute wait outside- one hour wait inside- Many items out of stock- Did not have the promotional free bracelet Bracelets not available in large Store dirty, lots of empty shelves

This was my mom first experience at the store. She was very excited. The lady was putting charms kn the glass and not building her bracelet.. I had to ask her for every little detail and experience that you offer. After my purchase I asked for boxes she had some right there on glass shelf. She said she was running low. And it's Mother's day weekend and she wasn't sent enough. Like she was deciding who to give boxes to.very unhappy with her 😒

The lady was rude and seemed to be in a hurry. She wanted us gone that was clear. The longer we took the more irritated she got. My husband pulled the credit card out too soon and she raised her voice at him, then we tried to tap the card and she even louder said “dose it have the WiFi thing it has to have the WiFi thing” she didn’t even give the reader a chance and respond with “ no told you no WiFi thing just give it to me”. I went to this mall for shoes, I last week got my 1st Pandora bracelet and it was suggested I get guards so the charms don’t slide. Thought we would look because you had a store in the mall we were in . I’m sorry I did.
