The overall product selection at this store has appeared to have dwindled since the last time I was in this location.

The Sales Associate was not properly trained on how the discount was to be applied to the current promotion. It took longer than expected to have it all figured out. I was short on time but was happy all was figured out in the end. The associates need to go through a simulation of a large sale.

I returned an item that was on sale and they didn't know how to do it and should have and I ended up feeling like I was a bother.

I had asked to split the payment of my purchase and I found out the next day that the whole payment came out of one credit card; which was not my desire.

The wait time for a sales person was long. I do appreciate the text message option to alert when it's my turn. Once I returned back to the store I still waited over 10 minutes.

Sales associates should have more availability, be more knowledgeable and helpful. Items should have prices on them to avoid asking. Store smells awful. I went in for free gift since I was spending more than $200 and it was out! Make more available. My niece really wanted the jewelry box for her Pandora gifts that we purchased for her fifteen birthday and was very disappointed she didn’t get it!

The sales clerk seemed in a hurry to get rid of us. I felt like she she just didn't want to take care of us. The more I thought about it the more I wanted to take my bracelet back!

The sales woman that helped us was not friendly, and was pushy and impatient, like we were wasting her time. She made me feel like she thought she was better than us and was not very kind or patient with my child family member.
