I was not highly satisfied because Pandora had a sale online for 35% off and I was not offered any type of discount at the Pandora location. I would have purchased more items with the discount. And less discontinued items.

A lot of the merchandise wasn’t available. But I do understand it’s an outlet.

It was fine. I was looking for one specific charm and it was there. I was very straightforward with the saleslady that I was only there for the one charm but she continued to suggest other charms to place adjacent to the one I was looking to purchase. When I clarified once again I only wanted the one charm, she still was offering me other options to go with it. It was a nice gesture overall, but when I was not looking for the added advice, it felt unnecessary.

They need to focus more on the customers

I had to wait an hour, due to the store's business. Mara needs one how it's about how the flow of charms should go.

Wait is too long. Not enough associates.

I was highly satisfied with the overall experience. I was just expecting to find more items on sale.

There was so little merchandise to see with assistance

I was satisfied. The prices could have been better. I love my purchase

Couldn't find a charm I liked. It took a lot of time to find one. Some of them looked a little dirty
