I did exchange a ring that I was very satisifed with, however my purchase of the trio charms is not what I thought.They look cheap.

Liked the merchandise and the prices were ok, the staff was way to pushy

They did not have the charms that I was looking for. I asked if she could look it up at a different store. She said she would look it up but did not do it.

Availability of products

A receipt was never emailed to me and a original copy was never provided.

Made the mistake of going their on Christmas Eve. Did not expect the long lines, knew what I wanted, but still had to wait. Once inside, it was to be a 45 min wait, but since I knew what I wanted, I was taken to the back counter to purchase my items quicker. Would be a nice thing if I there was an Online, Buy and Pick-up to avoid a line. Other then that, the person outside was wondering and very knowledgeable.

Waiting outside for 40 minutes to get in store.they didnt have my police charm i was looking for. Ring sizes should be bigger

I love pandora. Very friendly staff.No complaints.

Small Store, it was crowed. No where to sit, while waiting for service. Cashier breath smell bad. Sorry but it's true.

Didn't have much variety of inventory to choose from or not in stock.
