Pandora Jewelry

We were very satisfied with this location and Alex who helped us out. The only issue had nothing to do with the associate or the store, but with the selection of Pandora Charms. Some of then looked like beads you would find at a craft store, and not a high quality jewelery store.

I was satisfied with my experience . No problems at all. I think some of your charms are overpriced in my opinion

As we we into pandora and saw they sign saying that you could receive a free charm, it was very exciting however once we got our $100 and got to choose charms, we were disappointed to see that there was only a few options from the retired ones only

I didn't like that fact they didn't honor the online deals

The actual bracelet I came for, was not available. However the sales lady was very helpful with alternatives to styling another beautiful bracelet. But, I wanted what I wanted.

Overall experience was good. It took a while for an associate to get to us initially, while there were 3 associates working with one customer. That was a little annoying, but once we got help it was a much more pleasant experience. Great sale event and the store was clean.

I did not care for the sign in when I first came in. Seemed to take some time before I was helped.

I didn’t have my credit card with me at the tome of purchase and was told yhey were not able to look it up for me . Very disappointed 😞
