There wasn't a lot of charms in stock to choose from. It was a lot of people in the store so I had to wait a few minutes to be seen. The staff was very nice though.

i would of liked them to say the price of each charm while they were showing it.

I went on Mother's Day, the store was very busy but very well organized even though we had to wait outside of the store for 15 minutes before we could shop. The person who assisted me was not very friendly and seemed like she wanted me to just make a purchase and leave. If she had felt more relaxed, I would have felt more welcome and would have liked to spend more time and bought more things. Overall, I was satisfied with the with my experience and enjoy the items I purchased.

The wait was long to see the sales rep.

There was a very long wait even though there was plenty of staff on hand. One customer was taken care of out of turn which caused the rest of us to wait longer.

It was crazy busy most likely because of Mother's Day but the shopping experience took an hour due to the long wait for service.
