I return itiem that was broken didn’t know it until I got home try return itiem sales associates tell me I need to get itiem repaired because they longer sales those earring

I hope sales associates would be more friendly and helpful

At first, the representative seemed as if she did not want to help me. Afterwards, she became more friendly. The manager of the store, however, is the MOST HELPFUL and FRIENDLIEST as can be!

not all items were easily viewed. Many beads were layered in the glass case and not easily viewed.

I was satisfied.

I couldn’t find a particular Charm I wanted its, retired

I wasn’t very satisfied about the sales person that helped me. She didn’t have any type of experience. She looked like she didn’t have any energy on her like the sales person that was attending another customer.

Because I just wasn't. Nothing met the threshold of being highly satisfied other than what I noted.

Pandora should offer more promos discounts specials by email or mail coupons more often!!!??? Returns exchanges refunds should be longer then 30 days its only fair!!!??? Reduce prices due to competitive markets !!! ??? Looking forward to changes for these feedbacks and voicing my concerns ASAP ???!!!
