Pandora Jewelry

Sales associates never acknowledged me being there and left the floor when they finished with the customer they were helping. The associate did say that she would return in a minute to assist me, she never returned rather a man came out to help me. All customers other myself were black as was the associates in the store. I just have to assume that it was my color that did not have me treated as a customer.

It was somewhat unorganized. There was someone signing shoppers in, but some shoppers were being assisted out of order.

The wait time and it took a while to view a certain tray of charms. Not the stores fault but I feel the lady working with customers could have coached the customers to move with more of a sense of urgency. Also once I received the tray another employee came over after 30 seconds requesting it from us.

I was greeted at the door. The associate was friendly and knowledgeable. Even offered to clean my bracelet.

The male ( I think is the manger not sure )that works here looks like his in the bad mood all the time that makes me feel uncomfortable! We keep our fingers cross for him not come help us. The two ladies that took care of my daughter and I the two last visits to pandora were wonderful and friendly you can tell they both enjoy taking care of the customers.

This is my FAVORITE store- no complaints!

I Was I Just put Satisfied.When i Put Highly Satisfied I Just think Im Over Doing it.When I pick between the Two I Just think wise.

Would have loved to been shown stuff under $50. I wasn't looking to spend that much. I probably would have bought a lot more and spent more if there were charms a lot more reasonable. Especially since it was an Outlet.

It took a while for someone to help us. Sales lady kept bringing just one charm for the bracelet at a time when we were looking for a selection.

The store was very crowded. I walked in and while I was greeted no one was able to help so I left. I came back in maybe 25 minutes later and was asked then if I wanted to put my name on the waiting list. Had I been asked this the first time I came in my overall wait would not have been so long.
