The stock available and sizes

There is always room for improvement. While our sales person was nice she did come off at slightly condisending to my daughter. We were shopping for her birthday and when asked what she wanted my daughter didn’t exactly know yet as this was her first experience getting something from Pandora. All the sales person said was “Well you will have to give me better direction then that.” After I coaxed my daughter we were able to pick out something, but the sales associate cpu,d have given better direction.

The store was smelly

The sale associate was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I had a hard time deciding on what charms I should get to match the charms that I already had on my bracelet. She was able to use her expertise to help me to decide which charms would compliment the charms that I already have

The store was very busy so the wait time was like 30 minutes which didn't bother me but the first representative that spoke to me wasn't as welcoming as the one who actually helped me. I get it because they were really busy but smiling while speaking to any quest while still being attentive to others walking in the door (like the guy that helped me was) goes a long way.

Not enough people working, wait for assistance was too long.

It was extremely busy due to the holidays. I had to wait a while to be assisted.

First time in the store. I was buying for someone a Christmas gift. I went in to store and bought what I wanted and had a great sales lady named Jan help me.

I was not satisfied because i don't get confront or discounts. The wait time is a little too long. The stores are a little to small

I was not satisfied with the availability of the charms I was interested in purchasing. I ended up buying my 4th and 5th choices.
