I didnt feel that this location had a nice selection of pink gold charms.

Salesperson was very helpful. Need to get more charms.

I purchased a bracelet at the store and brought it back in with the latch in two pieces. I tried to show the associate and tell her I wanted to replace it and she pushed us right into another bracelet.

No one is perfect and I believe the pricing is pretty high for my salary

Only because 1) some of the items in my size weren't available and 2) some of the pricing was still more than I was wanting/willing to spend even with the sale.

The selection of merchandise was sparse and this is my 2nd consecutive visit they didn't have a bracelet in my size.

I was a first time owner of a Pandora bracelet. Anna was very helpful with assisting me with starting my own bracelet. I appreciated the help and it was a nice sale.

Wait time was too long. Sales person was not excited to see customers. Some charms not available.

Not much of the merchandise was out on display. The associate was nice & helpful showing the merchandise that I did ask to see. The store was a good size compared to other Pandora's that I have visited.

Charm that I was looking for was out of stack and I have to choose a different one
