Great bargain

My visit was during labor day weekend sales. The store was highly understaffed for the volume of customers. The wait time could be very long. Some sales associates allow customers to look at 50+ charms making changes over and over while others wait for 30+ minutes. As I watched and listened while waiting -- sales associates could ask more questions or be better prepared to offer advice. Why put together a bracelet that will cost $300+ if the customer is only really going to spend $75. Would have been better to move the volume of customers. The sales staff looked worn out!

Hola fue muy satisfactorio comprar en la tienda soy primeriza en la compañía de pandora lo único que no me gusto que en la puerta tenían un letrero que especificaban 30 -75 % pensé que obtendría algún descuento pero no pagué precio regular talvez no era para todo el mundo pensé pero bueno como quiera la pulsera esta hermosa espero y me allá explicado bien de el porque no fue muy satisfactoria mi compra el servicio estuvo genial solo el precio x lo del letrero en la puerta .

The sales associates were very nice and friendly. At least two made small talk and asked if we needed any help. The one that sold us the jewelry was patient, answered all of our questions and did her best to find what we wanted.

I was highly satisfied with the sales associates help. I was not to pleased with the amount of merchandise available there should be more.

The Sales associate was very pleasant a d easy to talk with. While I waited the Mgnt helped me to view rings while waiting.

The charm I exchanged broke a little over a week after it was perchased.

Just took awhile to be helped and was treated differently until the sales associate knew we were buying something.

I was satisfied with the selection of charms!
