My first time here! The salesperson was super friendly but didn’t show me any options or mentioned any sales or most popular.

The computer said you had 3 of the items I was looking for ( Oversized butterfly) and they were unable to locate them. I was also looking for a few other items but the sales associate seemed if she didn’t know or was unable to look in a different case.

I really like when you have the sales. Sometime the prices be a lil high for me.

The store did not have a great selection of rose gold necklaces. The one item that was suggested to me was not actually in the store so I had to order with without being able to see it.

I was satisfied, because I wanted to buy more items and the sales representative had to leave. I would ave like to been given another sales person to complete my sale.

The wait to enter the store and be waited on was over an hour.

They were very attentive. I really enjoyed my time at the store. Customer service was very attentive. I will definitely come back.

Visited store to purchase Birthday gift for sister. Had been there 48hrs prior and wasn’t informed about saving. By completing survey at on bottom of receipt.

The sales representative was great, store clean etc. The issue I have with Pandora is the expensive price of the charms and other items in the store. Where are the sales?
