There was a bracelet on sale but my size was not available. I could not by the bracelet and exchange it at another store. All the charms I wanted was not available.

Everything was perfect, especially the sales associate. However, I wanted to have this gift mailed to my niece, and citing Pandora's policy, I could not. Since her address was not the one on my card, it could not be delivered to her.

I was told that it takes a whole year for the new charms to cone ro the outlet store. Never new that.

The selection of the 50% off charms was minimal, and the size of the bracelet that I wanted wasn't available. And the sale prices are different, cant quite put an explanation to it, but they are.

I didn’t like the small amount of charms available and expect there to be more. I saw that the store offered curbside pickup but couldn’t figure out how to use it. I didn’t like the wait but that’s to be expected.

The sales person was great. She was very patient and thoughtful. She answered all of my questions and even researched prior purchases to make sure I didn’t already own one of items I was considering. The manager on duty during my visit could learn a great deal from this employee. This manager is someone I struggle with during every visit. She rude and disinterested in helping. She is unpleasant and gives off a very negative vibe. Feels like she’s always suspicious and judging the customers. On a previous visit she rolled her eyes at me when I looked away. I happen to look back quickly and caught her. Clearly she didn’t expect to be seen. Very poor representation for Pandora. Should be addressed. Also, my sales representative should be rewarded and commended for her professionalism.

I was hoping to see same associate as before. I noticed all the staff were different. Not same vibe.
