Overall, my experience at the store with the sales person was very good

It was a few things that I wanted that you all didn't have such as Letters for my Name etc. I Love Pandora so I'll return & I always tell friends about this location because you can find deals.

I bought a ring on saturday and within one day, a stone gas fallen out. Im extremely upset.

The employee who help me had an attitude with me, she was only showing me 5 different options I had to ask a few times to show me more, I believe she was thinking that I was just there to not buy, just to look, I had no idea what I was looking for and she was not satisfied with that, If I go to the store is to see all the options they had in my price range, she told me few times that only those 5 options were the only ones and was not true at all! In the others boxes she had under she has a bunch of options in my price range. Options that I ask her few times to show me. I was my fist visit to the this store, I love the store, I love the other employee! But definitely not the one helping me.

For it to be a outlet store the prices are the same in Milwaukee stores

I was given a Pandora bracelet as a gift and it is too big, since it was a promotional bracelet they didn’t have any more in a smaller size.

They make us wait outside of the store and it was very cold, the person who help me was not to friendly. He doesn’t have a lot of time for help me.

Need more selection on charms for the bracelets you sale. Need more charms for Christmas. Need more sale reps during the busy season especially around black Friday. The sales rep was great. Over all great service just need more selection not a reflection on the sales rep.

Didn’t receive a box to put my ring in. He had me wear it out with no box or bag.
