This is the first time I've visited a Pandora outlet. The prices were excellent and the sales staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I only intended to buy one ring for my daughter for Christmas but I was so pleased with the prices and Andrea was so good at her job that I walked out with three rings! My daughter will be very happy on Christmas morning!

Cortlin was exceptionally sweet and helpful. Being an outlet store the availability of product is limited and if there was a piece we were looking for that wasn't unavailable she was k knowledgeable of inventory to show us comparable or like pieces. She made us feel very comfortable. The girls called out of state stores to find pieces that my mom wanted that were important to her so I could pick them up on my way home for her. I will visit pleasant praire p andora whenever I visit my mom to see cortlin. She was sweet and made you feel like family before we left.... foe the second time in 2 days. :)

The overall helpfulness and customer friendly associates will have me returning to make more purchases.

I was very satisfied with the service and the merchandise considering the fact it was my first time to buy your merchandise, the only thing is the wait for the assistance, I waited for approximately 30 minutes before the sales lady took care of me . They were busy attending to other customers , too. If you could add more staff especially with the coming holidays that would be great. Overall I love to come back and buy more stuff.
