The representatives at this store are always very welcoming and knowledgeable. This visit was no exception. Jan was great.

Although the store was busy, we were quickly helped. Staff were courteous and kind. They helped me pick out the perfect present while answering all of our questions.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant to us during our transaction and assistance with choosing different pieces. Also assisted us with how to change and put beads on bracelets

We originally came in for assistance attaching previously purchased items to my wife's bracelet. Our salesperson (Lizbeth) provided my wife with some great insight on the bracelet and charms. Without being pushy, Lizbeth made suggestions for additional pieces. Each visit to the Pleasant Prairie is a pleasure. My wife is looking forward to our next trip. Thank you Lizbeth.
