The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable and oh so polite.I shared with salesperson how I received a Pandora bracket for 25 years of being at my job and two years later the bracelet is still lovely but it just sits there when I wear it and I wanted to spice it up.Salesperson was very helpful and she made my day.She put the charms on my bracelet and I wore it out the store feeling magnificent.My last words to salesperson I will be back in May for Mother's Day and my Birthday which is in May.

We waited for half an hour to get assistance. There are only three staffs in the store and they were very busy. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I am satisfied with the experience and will recommend to anyone.
