We walked in and were immediately greeted. The sales rep was with us within 5 mins. He helped us by taking out multiple shelves of charms, even repeating some of them. Very helpful.

The sales associate was courteous, warm, and assisted with the selections of the items I purchased. I have traveled and have visited other Pandora stores, even in Germany, but she was so friendly and helpful that I purchased more than I expected to. I was not disappointed! The only other store I have visited that I was as warmly excepted was in Germany. That was because I was an American with my bracelets and they saw that I had German pieces to go on my bracelet. I was happy with the sales associates.

The ease of shopping for a loved one with meaning was great! I bought bracelets as a tribute for my uncle who passed away for my grandmother and mom.
