I had never been to La Cantera, although it was a very long drive for me I was able to get the item I wanted for a gift. It would have been nice if the North Star store had to charm so I would not have to have driven so much farther. The item was not on the website to see it before I bought it. That would also have made it easier to purchase online.

When I arrived to the store it was clean and not crowded. When I asked for what I was looking for the quality of the service I received was good.

Nadine have me excellent 1:1 highly customized service. She redesigned my pandora charm layout. She knew how to perfectly space all my charms and she knew where all the charms were in the display cases like the back of her hand.
