I went to Pandora to exchange an itemed gifted to me. The salesclerk did process my return quickly but was uninterested in assisting me further. She handed me my store credit and quickly turned her attention to a younger customer and just left me standing there. While I am an older person, I would have liked to be shown items which interested me. Fortunately, her supervisor saw me standing there and quickly came over and offered assistance. I've never been so embarrassed. I wish now that I had spoken up to the first girl. Not to embarrass her but to make it a teaching moment for her. I will never step foot in your establishment.

My husband and I felt that the sells woman could careless to help us and when she was she wasn't paying attention. She kept looking out the window at everyone else. When we asked about bracelet we were looking at she was very vague. We seriously only purchased the bracelet because we loved it. Customer service is key too though. She made us feel we where an inconvenience to her. And she couldn't wait to get back to the other to women that worked there to continue talking about tik tok!

Store does it clean their jewelry due to Covid? They did offer to SELL a cleaning kit. Have they heard of gloves? As a customer service measure they should give their customers a small kit! James Avery does provide the service!!

Sales associate was really rude. We asked to see earrings and then when we asked to see a pair, she grabbed them and threw them in our hands. When we asked to see another pair, she took out like 5 and threw them in hand. Sales associate was making comments about not wanting to be there.

Sales associate was rude and when asked for advice she acted like she didn’t understand me. I’ve gone to other Pandora stores where the sales associate are friendly and make recommendations. I got there at 11:55 am and the two girls in the store didn’t open the store until 12:05. I am just very dissatisfied with the service provided

The associate told me my military discount could be used with my purchase but once I arrived home, I happened to look at my receipt and that was not the case. I returned to the store and was confront with a huge issue. Long story short, I did not have a good experience.

The mother’s day gifts I purchased were amazing. I was very very disappointed in the customer service from your associate she was very unprofessional she was in a very bad mood an kept sighing an rolling her eyes cause I kept wanting to purchase more items if it want for my daughters wanting to get them these gifts for their mother an grandmother I would have definitely spent my money elsewhere where it would be wanted

Customer service was horrible no greeting no smiles just one word answers employees kept looking at me and rolling eyes tried to hurry up and get me out the store just felt discriminated against at the almost highest manner very sad and wish I would for spent my $200 somewhere else
