The sales person was not very friendly, it seems that she doesn’t want to sell. She didn’t nothing to sell me more or show me something else that I had in mind. I really feel that she was annoyed

Attempted to deny exchange based on receipt date but previous representative told me we’d have the option to exchange until 1/26.

Necesitan mas personal que hable Español , la espera es muy larga ( debido a la cantidad de personas comprando por las navidades ) su producto es novedoso y a llegado al consumidor adolescente con todo , espero que la calidad sea buena para que sigan teniendo éxito , como hasta ahora .

The store was empty when I walked in not busy at all, and there were three sales associates available standing in the corner all on an iPad chatting away. Not one of them greeted us when we walked in or offered to help us. I already knew what I wanted and walked straight to it and waited to see if they would offer their assistant, still nothing. They didn't even bother to look our way. Finally I asked them if they could get me the earrings because I wanted to purchase them, two of them still didn't even look our way. It was very unprofessional and made me and my friend feel very uncomfortable. I have been to many Pandoras and was shocked at how bad this locations customer service was, I will not likely return to this store.

The sales associate didn't not greet me when I walked in but she did greet other customers when they walked in. They were extremely rude and did not advise me of the sales the store was having the next day but they did advice other customers they were helping and gave the other customers coupons. I overheard the conversations and had to ask then they told me about it I felt uncomfortable and very discriminated against.

Night some earrings wore them couple of hours and it opened and never wanted to close on one side. Sales person didn’t even give me a box for them after I wore them out of store

Bad warranty policy and product quality. I was cooking during the holidays and my bracelet got a small dent due to the heat which shows the bad quality of the product. I tried to exchange it and the lady started laughing and said they exchange it because it basically wasn’t their problem.

This was my first time visiting this Pandora store and my experience was not good due to the attitude of the sales representative Valeria. Usually Pandora’s sales representatives are very helpful and nice but that was not the case with her. The whole time she “helped me” she looked like she did not want to be there and every time I asked her something her answers were short and she seemed bothered by my questions. Again, never experienced that with a Pandora sales representative.
