The lady who helped me wasn't friendly from the moment I entered the store and when I told her what I was looking for didn't bother to actually help me. When I finally picked something out she was very cold and seemed to want to rush me outside the store. I would have liked to purchase more but I decided not to wait around with no help.

The employee that helped me was beyond rude and didn’t seem like she wanted to help me. Dispute wearing a Pandora bracelet on my arm it’s almost like she thought I wasn’t planning on buying anything and was distracted on her phone

The charm my husband wanted to purchase for me was marked incorrectly. It was marked $45 and when scanned it showed $100. The sales associate informed us and was like if you can have it for $100. I stated to her that if a product isn’t marked correctly that isn’t the consumer’s fault and the product should be sold for what it is marked. She pretty much shrugged her shoulders as if to say oh well. Needless to say I didn’t get that particular charm in the store. I went home and ordered it online and got 10% off of it. I can’t honestly say that I will visit this particular location again.

When my daughter and I visit, the staff is usually very nice, and they very well could have been this time, but not our sales girl. I don't know if she hated her job, or just us, she was very irrated by it all

Customer service was extremely rude, I had never been in a store where they would turn customers away or at least try to not only ones but twice instead of greeting the customer they greet you with we closed in 5 minutes place all the charms in one bag to be quick to get us out I will Never take my business to that location if the service continues to be the same. What ever happened to customer service ?

I had just moved to Texas from California and this was my first visit to a Pandora store since moving to Texas. I was so used to friendly and helpful customer service I as very surprised when I was greeted with less that an enthusiasm when I walked in the door! When I asked the sales person is I could look at the rings, I felt that even thought I was the only person in the store I was a brother to her. She also acted very bored. I did purchase a ring, but more than likely would have purchased more to add to my Pandora collection but the sales person really put me of. I sure hope there is another Pandora store in San Antonio other than the one in the La Cantera Mall.

First visit at 7p and door sign stated “closing early” while the person closing said he was short a cashier and two people couldn’t close. Next day, associate was inconvenienced assisting me. Item I wanted wasn’t available but no other suggestions were offered so just picked another item.

The young ladies were not very welcoming. I wanted a particular charm and I was told it was not available. I then asked if I could buy the one in the case. Demeanors changed only once I begun making all my selections. I knew exactly the bracelet and charms I wanted. Also, It is not polite to speak to another person in a different language while serving a customer. It’s only ok if asking questions about the merchandise. I speak 5 languages I knew what they were saying but they cannot assume I know. But it’s still rude I’m the customer you can talk about non sense when I’m out. I’m actually buying a lot more but decided to buy elsewhere.

My sales associate was fine, however, the second sales associate couldn't give any productive information and came off as very rude. Seemed to be bothered that I came into the store.
