Sales associates were not friendly at all. I was already wearing 2 bracelets with charms, so it was obvious I liked the product and was there to purchase more. Two of them acted like they were doing us a favor and hardly spoke. I was extremely turned off by the whole interaction and will not be returning.

Was not greeted when walked in. Sales associate just watched me without asking if I needed something was rude through out my sale looked irritated that I asked for gift receipt then was in a rush and had to print gift receipt again. So UNFRIENDLY!

I had a birthday coupon and the assistant said it was too late for her to apply it, made faces when I mentioned it since “it was too late.” She did not apply it didn’t get to cancel transaction to apply since the beginning.

I was going to buy a charm already placed on hold. The average time that i was going to be on the store was 5 minutes. I told the sales rep that it was the only item I was going to purchase that it wasen't going to take long. I waited in line for 1 hour at least and since I was traveling I was in a hurry. The other customers were going to browse the store with many questtions i was only going to pay for something already selected. There were only 2 sales rep and when i finally got in, I got my charm paid and it was less than 5 minutes. I understand all clients are important. But if you have a line because of COVID protocol (Excellent job BTW), you can have 2 sales rep attend customers that are not sure on what to buy and 1 for the ones that are going for a specific item already selected. This would clear the line and reduce the wait time for the ones that are only going for an express purchase.

We were attended by Sophie.. was not welcoming. Did not want us to touch the merchandise. Didn’t say thank you after the sale. I found the sales reps were not friendly at all.

Associates are very rude and so is the manager really bad customer service not friendly at all and granite we are spending money at the store I will never go to this Pandora store again I will try to visit another Pandora store here in San Antonio Texas. Manager is not friendly at all his employees are dressed in appropriate and not customer service oriented

Sales person had no idea how to showcase Pandora Me collection. She removed links from bracelet and brushed them aside when packaging my purchase. Now the store ca not mail them to me until the manager returns and it’s over 70 miles round trip for me to go collect them.

Honestly the sales associate seemed annoyed that we were there and not at all friendly. No one was in the store. I bought two rings but I didn’t even leave with their boxes because she didn’t ask me. It was just a turnoff working with her
