The sales associate grabbed back everything she showed me. If it was too close to me on the counter ,she would pull the bangle closer to her. Made me feel like she couldn't trust me which made me feel extremly uncomfortable in your store. Never had this happen before.

The 2 girls working were busy talking and trying on jewelry. I had to ask for help to see anything because the were always talking with each other. One of the girls didn’t know anything. They couldn’t find what I wanted. They acted like I was bothering them because I wanted to see a lot of different things. Once I started ch cl their attitudes completely changed. They were attentive and chatty with me.

There were two associates sitting behind the counter when we got there, zero customers. One got up to assist but seemed fairly new and asking questions of the other. The other associate seemed bothered when our associate was asking questions about pricing. Literally said, idk how much that bracelet is there’s a pamphlet somewhere with the info, which our associate could not find. We most likely would have bought that Disney bracelet and Charm displayed when you walk in except no one could tell us the price. I also purchased several items one of which I requested a clip for my bracelet she showed me what was available. Unfortunately, when I got home I realized it was not a clip I had purchased. Very dissatisfied with the level of professionalism and enthusiasm to assist the one employee showed. I know the associate how attempted to assist me tried her best but must have been new.

I didn’t like that the employe who attended me had an attitude when I asked about the sale section. She proceeded to say “Pandora is very expensive” and just stared at me the whole time and made me feel rushed to get something.

My associate made me fee like I was a bother to the store. I went in to purchase a wedding band & I felt excited, but felt embarrassed.

Most of the employees looked like they were not happy to help the customers. Their expressions on their face looked like we were bothering them with our questions. One employee rolled her eyes at another employee when she told her about my situation right in front of me. This was my ever first purchase from Pandora, I am satisfied with my purchase but not with the employees at this store. I will not be going back.

The first person out on the floor did help me, but there was another person working who was VERY RUDE. She was not helping, so the lady helping me also had to help other customers and was having a hard time. Then the pad to pay was not charged, and the lady sitting down got very rude about it. Made me wait in store for it to charge. Then she ran over, and forced me to pay SO quickly- without adding the gift box I wanted. She was short with me, and very rude as I paid. Didn't even say thank you or bye. The first lady was very polite and helpful, it was the manager or whomever that was sitting down that was rude and made me question going back.

Associate didn’t seem thrilled to be there. When I told her what I was looking for and the style, she chose the wrong one. Found out it didn’t fit fit when I got home. Will have to make a return trip. Felt like associate just wanted to complete sale and have me leave like I was an inconvenience.

First of all the associate was very rude.I kept asking her questions about some charms and she kept ignoring me.She was talking to another associated about people that had just left the store.To finish my purchase she said they had no paper so she said I could have a receipt.
