Service attended Valerie not willing to help us, we asked her for a birthstone for my granddaughter and sold us the wrong one. I realized it later at home had to drive back for exchange.

There were only 2 associates and they were both helping 1 customer . I did buy the charm in between them helping her and helping me.

We did the start a charm bracelet deal, the sales associate Maria told us we got to get 1 free charm that was priced at $55.00. We wanted to get the baby Yoda but she said it was $65.00, so we went with another charm. We had to come back to the store to purchase another item and found out from another sales associate that the baby Yoda was $55.00 not $65.00. The sales associate Maria overheard and did nothing about it, neither did the current associate. They just told us we could purchase another charm if we wanted to. The sales associate did not offer to exchange it for the one we wanted, even though we were just in the store an hour prior to making our second purchase. The fact that we were told false information and we could have got what we originally wanted is very upsetting. It is even more upsetting that none of the sales associates did anything about it to exchange the item.

Unlike the North Star Mall location, this location does not have the most friendliest staff. They don’t even smile while speaking to you and they just seem like they aren’t happy to be there

The sales are not much friendly and sometimes they do not have service mind. I suggest that they have to take care of their customers and smile more. By the way I love the merchandise so much because of the its quality and beautiful product.

Because the sales associate in my opinion was not very motivated.. it felt more like shop quick and leave the store..

I had placed an order that was supposed to take two weeks to arrive. It ended up being pushed back until 5 weeks, which is understandable as Pandora does not have control over the shipping process. However, I was informed on the 4th week of waiting that the item was going to be arriving "either today or tomorrow" from a voice message. I did not hear anything back from them at all about my order arriving. I called them on the 5th week, which is when they informed me that they did receive it. I asked when it was brought into the store and why I did not receive a call if they had the items days ago. They acknowledge that they forgot to call me. The amount of time it took to receive my order and the manner in how they failed to inform me when they actually got my order knowing it took longer than usual to receive.
