Unfriendly. They were very stand offish

Sophie the associate was very stand offish and made me feel as I didn’t deserve the be there. She wasn’t rude to me, but definitely not Friendly. She did the bare minimum.

Associate was not really helpful and she looked like “they’re taking too long deciding”. We had to ask everything cz she did not offered or recommend anything :(

The sales associate kept asking me is this all. I felt very rushed to make my selections.

The salesperson acted like we were interrupting her. She kept talking to the other salesperson while she was somewhat waiting on us. She spoke Spanish and I understand what she was saying, that she was tired and so forth. I understand that the store may have been super busy during the day, but it's Christmas! She shouldn't have applied for the job!

Sales associate were not friendly, felt rushed and didn’t help very much finding the perfect gift.

4 sales people sitting there and it took them awhile to greet us. I just felt like we interrupted them. The sales girl did fine but did not go out of her way to recommend anything else.

The male sales associate was rude and did not acknowledge me as I walked through the store. However, he acknowledged other customers that came in after me.

I never liked this store but wanted to give it another chance. Staff is always unfriendly. Like they really dislike working there. Everyone can have a bad day but it happens at this store all the time

Walked in and was greeted. However, the sales associate did not seem to be in the mood. I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and assume she wasn’t a morning person. She did not pick up her mood throughout our time in the store and was rude.
