The sales associate felt like she was being rushed. Some of the merchandise I was looking for was not in stock but she did give alternatives.

We were not greeted/acknowledge when we walked into the store. The young lady that was not helping anyone, just stood by the counter on her cell phone. We had to approach her to get assistance. After showing us some from one of the case, she went by to the counter on her cell

It was pretty busy the store sing a little short staffed and I’m going to help me was in a rush to get me in and out. Seemed a little bit more cold towards me but yet Bright and cheerful towards other customers after I told her I was just there to pick up a charm that my wife wanted.

The sales lady, didn't greet or said anything till my husband approached her and let her know he called and had a charm placed on hold. The lady bagged it and said anything else? When my husband asked her a question about some charms she didn't seem to know the answer and went back to looking at her magazine. We drove over thirty minutes to this location, we get better customer service at the Park North location.

The sales representative didn't care about customer service. I felt rushed during process and supervisor standing near by didn't seem to care either.

I receive an ring from friends in Germany and asked to see if I could clean that was no effort made to fix the ring or at least offer a Incentive discount to get it replace or cleaned being the first time shopping and my birthday I was some what upset with customer service
