The MANAGER had a bit of an attitude when we first got there and this was my very first time purchasing pandora. Also, you need to layout all your charms so that we do not have to hold up the employee by bringing out the trays one by one!!

Too many people in the store, only 2 girls attending, same girl would show you product and charge which made it very slow, I left the first time, and returned later, same problem.

The products are really nice and really different between them, so one can choose between hundreds of possibilities. Also, the sellers were really nice.

Well it was the second store I went to in two days. The first store was at North Star mall, I went in and there was a greeter who asked me why I was coming into the store. I told her that I was interested in the Disney line and that I was thinking about getting a bracelet, but I didn't know my size. She said that you all could definitely help and gave me a booklet and told me to look around. There were three employees all standing in the middle talking. I figured that she would send one of the employees to me for help, but instead everyone after us was assigned an employee and my boyfriend and I stood there for ten minutes and when he finally asked someone for help the girl rolled her eyes and said she'd get to us. It really hurt my feelings, because I felt like I was being judged by my appearance and I wasn't taken seriously. We left after that, because I was so embarrassed by how we were treated. The next day we went to the La Cantera location where we were waited on promptly and had none of the issues at the previous location.

Too many questions, constantly being asked questions while trying to shop. Too many questions can ruin a shopping experience.

Three of the items that I was looking for were not available. The associate tried to locate but could not find the charms. Also there was only 2 associates and the store was busy.
