I'm just satisfied

I love Pandoras jewelry and the prices are great. I took my sister to buy her her first bracelet and charm. However, the selection of charms were a little disappointing. She ended up settling and didn't really have a good experience.

The specific bracelet I went in for was not available in my size and the second option I wanted was not available either. Sales associate wasn’t willing to look for something similar for me.

I will have to go back and get a ring in a different size due to the fact that the sales associate sized it wrong. It’s not a big issue really and i really loved how friendly she was.

The store was a little busy so there was a little bit of a wait, but the sign in process makes it stay in order. I came to do an exchange and the receipt wasn’t properly scanning so it made the process a little longer than expected, but the sales associate found a way to make the exchange happen for us.

I was disappointed that the associate did not make any extra efforts to help me find my ideal charm.

Staff not very friendly not very knowledgeable on item

When we went into the store we were greeted by the only sales associate on the floor who was already helping another customer. We had to wait 15-20 minutes until another sales associate came out from the back of the store. We knew what we were there to purchase but did not appreciate having to wait that long. The sales associate was very nice once we received help.

I have previously purchased 3 charm that stones have fallen out of, but I do not have the receipt. I have a lot (at least 10 bracelets), have given 2 bracelets with charms as gifts and have recommended Pandora to many friends. I'm disappointed that I have 3 charms that have lost stones and because I don't have an old receipt, I can't get them repaired or replaced. I'm a little afraid to purchase charms eith crystals - are tigers going to fal out and look ugly too?
