Not all charms that I was looking for was there. Also they didnt have the size necklace I was looking for. No one could tell me when it would be in stock

The product I was looking for was out of stock, it was unlikely to be ordered again, and there were no clear substitutes for what I was looking for.

The item we went in to buy was not available in the size we needed. The sales associate could not tell us when she would get more in stock or if she would get the size we needed. The sales selection was fairly limited.

I just am satisfied.

While the salespeople are extremely helpful and kind, you all never have enough salespeople.

Because of the customer services, the girl was not friendly.

There weren’t enough employees to help the customers waiting. Just needed more staff is all.
