I was not highly satisfied because I was told it was $125 to clean my bracelet when I purchased a charm. Other than that the cost was okay but that was a bit ridiculous when I’m all I paid more than that.

There was no one at the entrance to let you know the entry process neither to escort you. I did not see any associated cleaning the areas after a costumer was done. Also, they didn’t show me all the 65 value bracelets and I had to end up exchanging it.

When I walked in, the associates were sitting, talking. And one girl got up, and decided to help us. She lacked a personality to say the least. She made me feel like I was wasting her time, even though I actually bought something? I love the earrings I got but maybe have your employee fake a smile at least?

Due to the pandemic they could not clean my jewelry. Not sure how cleaning something would be hazardous.

I had a great experience at this pandora, it was right before closing so no other customers were there and we were helped immediately. The sales assistant was great but after I got home I realized the ring I got was missing one of the small stones. I chose not to get a receipt which was obviously a mistake, I still love the ring it's just a little upsetting.
