Pandora Jewelry

Waited outside in line to purchase a few Mother’s Day charms, which conveniently allows for window display shopping. I saw a couple of charms that I wanted there on display. When I went in, the sales associate first of all, did not seem enthused to be there at all, no biggie. Second, I asked to see Mother’s Day charms and she “only had two to show”. I asked if I could snag the ones from the display case that I saw while waiting in line. She didn’t think so was her response. I asked if she could find out since she made no moves after her statement. She, what seemed like reluctantly, proceed to go ask. Then sent to retrieve the window display. I honestly would’ve purchased more than I did, but the lack of enthusiasm and effort made me want to exit stage left as soon as I could. I get it if there was a reason I couldn’t get those on display (not sure what the reason would be considering this is sales and the point is to sell it). But associates should know how to respond regardless so it’s not so awkward.

The sales associate was indifferent with my purchase. She did suggest a chain to purchase. I did call in advance to have my purchase held for which it was.

We originally entered to exchange a piece of jewelry, however they did not have the other option of bracelet we were looking for. We were still satisfied, of course!

Sales associate was not friendly and seemed preoccupied.

Due to the COVID pandemic, you have signs posted on your doors...no more than 2 customers allowed at once...during my visit 2 customers went in and nothing was said to them.

I went into the store an a person in the store rase the voice and tell to wait outside, it would be better someone be at the door telling this directly in the front door before you come in

Not “Highly Satisfied” due to having to wait in line outside store (due to Covid/capacity restrictions)—& the fact that no sales associate advised me to come in; I just “guessed/assumed” I could go in a few minutes after another customer came out....

There wasn’t many things to pick from. But other than that it was perfectly fine. I shop with y’all all year and I’ve never really had that problem before

The packaging, especially for gifts at Christmas time is terrible. It was essentially a charm tossed in a paper box with one piece of tissue paper. Especially dissatisfied with that. The packaging makes the gift look cheap, I empress Ive and unimportant. I shop at Pandora regularly and I expected better.

Like always Pandora offers great jewelry that are always a winner.
