The store provided minimal space and set up resulting in a poor flow to view merchandise; it was almost overwhelming. The Gold plated charm options were extremely minimal; I would have purchased a new bangle if more charms were available in-store.

I’m visiting from out of state and wanted to get a charm to commemorate my visit. The store only had one San Antonio charm but it wasn’t the one that I’d seen on line and wanted, so I was a bit disappointed at that but glad that I was able to get a charm during my visit.

One of the items purchased the latch want close, so returning it is a big inconvenience.

Not very busy ,4 ladys sitting around,i walked through entire store and stopped at something i might be interested in, when i was finally noticed 1lady asked if i had been helped i said no ,she called 1 of the ladys sitting to come help me, i might have bothered her to get up, because she was not very helpful or knowledgeable, just yes n no answers to my questions.

All three ladies who were attending had the worst attitude

I purchased an item and I asked about the military discount , I just inserted the card and the salesperson say was too late she couldn’t do nothing , saying “ next time “. In Las Vegas the sales person was able to fix the check with no issues . Not sure, but I always try to accommodate the customers for simple things like this .

There are only two persons attending at the store and there were more than 3 customers at the store, and each client takes sometime to buy.

Sales associate not very friendly or talkative. Didn’t seem like she wanted to be there.
