The staff was very friendly and was familiar with the items I wanted. The only thing is that I was told that there is no size 8 in rings? It jumps from 7.5 to 8.5. This was not helpful.

The staff was very friendly and took time with me. I went in to check prices for a gift for a friend and ended up purchasing a charm for myself (oops).

Not much in stock for the bracelet I purchased . Not much charms either . Don’t see a huge value in the jewelry as well

Didn't offer a product to keep my letter charms tightly together. Didn't offer enough of other countries charms.

I have purchased from two different Pandora and always received very good personal service. This Pandora the sales associate did not offer to let me see anything unless I know exactly what I was looking for, so I had to look at my online wish list. I requested a heart shaped charm, and she pulled a plate out. I did not see the on from my wish list and asked if this was all the hearts she had. She said yes. I then asked to see other items and found the heart charm I was looking for on another plate. She said O, we must have more. She showed me only what I specifically asked for off my list and then put them in a bag. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by asking for assistance and the visit felt very rushed. I would have purchased more but felt like she did not want me in the store. I asked for the little boxes and was told no because the item was on sale. It was a highly unpleasant experience. I will recommend Pandora to friends, but not this one. I will never go back.

Website said you had a charm in Stock and when I drove to your store at la cantera I was informed that you did not have it. Drove 67 miles on way..oh well got 3 other charms. Also found out your cleaning machine was broken and has not been repaired or replaced.

Service was quick, and associate was very nice; however, I felt that we were a little rushed to make a decision on the charms for the necklace we were buying as a gift.
