I was looking for a specific charm and was pleased to find the LaCantera shop had it in stock

Shopping for a friend that was with me and showed me something she liked. I pretended to buy something for myself but the salesperson was extremely clever to catch on that I was surprising my friend. Friend was shocked later.

There was only a brief wait. The sales lady was very pleasant and helpful. The overall experience was very good.

The Associate Betsy (Bethzabe) was very knowledgeable of the merchandise. We let her know if was for an anniversary and wedding gift and she immediately pointed out numerous options that fit perfectly. we made two purchases with her that went fast, smooth, and without hassle. IT WAS GREAT!
